AccuColor Digital Printing: Booklet Binding

We have many, many options to choose from when you need to bind your booklets, manuals, or catalogs.

Here are some of the more popular binding products and services we offer:

Folding and Stapling - Our digital presses are truly amazing pieces of equipment that collate, staple, and fold printed sheets into very nice and professional looking booklets, up to 20 sheets (making an 80 page double-sided booklet).
Spiral Binding - A good choice for most applications. This binding is a plastic coil and comes mainly in black, although other color options are available. The spiral binding can be taken apart, where the coil is wound out of the papers and wound back into them once needed changes are made. Small round holes are punched into the paper to accommodate the binding coil and this book will lay flat when open. The largest coil we have is 1 1/8" in diameter.
Wire Binding - A sturdier choice for some projects. This binding is made of wire and cannot be taken apart easily. There are 2 sizes of square holes punched into the paper, depending on how thick the book is. These books also lay flat when open.
Comb binding - The classic round plastic bindings that require nineteen little square holes in each sheet of paper. This process can be used for books up to 400 pages. Pages can be added or removed easily.
The Unibind System - This binding features a steel spine with attached front and back acetate covers. The pages are glued into the spine and can only be taken out when the spine is reheated. These make great business presentation booklets.
We also provide printed or plain covers, clear acetate covers, and other types of soft and hard cover bindings for specialty projects.
