    What size banner should I order?

    Your banner's size often depends on how you plan to use it and the size of space available. In some cases, a large banner is warranted, while at other times such a banner might prove too overwhelming. If you're unsure which size to choose, give us a call. We'd be glad to help you find a size that's right for you.

    Banners come in all sorts of different materials.  We offer three varieties here, 24# paper, 8 mil polypropylene, and 13 oz vinyl. 

    The polypropylene is for indoor use typically.  It is resistant to tearing, waterproof, and takes the color well and looks fantastic, but it is a thinner material and not built to withstand heavy winds outdoors.  However, even though it is built for indoor use, these banners can be hung up outside for a short time, especially if it is placed in a protected area, such as on a garage or building side.  The grommets are plastic for this material.  We normally use bungee cords to hold this banner up, either indoors at a fair booth or outdoors.  Zip ties can work as well.

    Which color option should I choose?

    Whether placed in a storefront window, a trade show booth, or at an outdoor event, most banners are intended to draw attention. The most effective way to do that is with color. The colors you choose will ultimately depend on the design of your banner and its intent.  Full-color printing provides the maximum impact and visual appeal for most banners.

    What are my finishing options for banners?

    Most banners are held up by grommets (which are either plastic for thinner banner material or metal loops embedded in the corners of thicker vinyl banner material).  Grommets may be placed on just the corners of smaller banners or at various intervals along the top and bottom edges of larger banners, and is dependent on the dimensions of the banner and the customer's request). 

    We also provide self-adhesive material which we can adhere to a foam board or coroplast material, depending on whether it will be used indoors or outdoors.  Email us for a quote at graphics@accucolor.biz if you'd like more information on this option.

    Note: Time for shipping and delivery are not included in these turn-around times.
